Working in health and social care can be both rewarding and challenging.  That’s why our EAP provides confidential, practical and emotional support to every member of the PE Global Care Connect team, whether you need help managing stress, balancing life and work, or navigating personal challenges.

Our programme is built around three key principles:

What’s included in the programme

Our EAP provides a wide range of wellbeing services and resources:

  1. Confidential Counselling and Emotional Support
  • Access to 24/7 confidential counselling via phone, video, or face-to-face sessions.
  • Support for issues such as:
    • Stress, anxiety, or burnout
    • Grief and loss
    • Relationship or family difficulties
    • Workplace challenges and conflict
  1. Health and Wellness Resources
  • Access to wellbeing webinars, online workshops, and mindfulness sessions
  • Guidance on nutrition, sleep, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Fitness and mental health challenges to encourage proactive self-care
  1. Financial and Legal Advice
  • Professional guidance on managing finances, budgeting, and debt, as well as access to legal advice on personal matters (housing, employment, or family).
  1. Manager Support & Training
  • Managers receive resources and guidance to help identify early signs of stress or burnout within their teams and to confidently signpost employees to appropriate support.
  1. Crisis Intervention
  • Immediate assistance for critical incidents or traumatic events, ensuring that staff receive compassionate, professional care when it’s needed most.
