Our EAP provides a wide range of wellbeing services and resources:
- Confidential Counselling and Emotional Support
- Access to 24/7 confidential counselling via phone, video, or face-to-face sessions.
- Support for issues such as:
- Stress, anxiety, or burnout
- Grief and loss
- Relationship or family difficulties
- Workplace challenges and conflict
- Health and Wellness Resources
- Access to wellbeing webinars, online workshops, and mindfulness sessions
- Guidance on nutrition, sleep, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Fitness and mental health challenges to encourage proactive self-care
- Financial and Legal Advice
- Professional guidance on managing finances, budgeting, and debt, as well as access to legal advice on personal matters (housing, employment, or family).
- Manager Support & Training
- Managers receive resources and guidance to help identify early signs of stress or burnout within their teams and to confidently signpost employees to appropriate support.
- Crisis Intervention
- Immediate assistance for critical incidents or traumatic events, ensuring that staff receive compassionate, professional care when it’s needed most.
