Domiciliary Care Services offered by PE Global Care Connect
Personal Care:
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Assistance with eating and drinking.
Household Support:
- Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
Medication Support:
- Assistance and support with taking prescribed medications and homely remedies.
Companionship and Emotional Support:
- Reducing social isolation and promoting mental well-being.
- Encourage and support to be part of their local community.
Health-Related Services (in partnership with other healthcare services):
- Monitoring basic observations, managing chronic conditions, wound care and other health related conditions
- Accompany Service users to medical appointments
Respite for Family Carers:
- Giving primary caregivers a break, either regularly or as needed
